• All appointments must be confirmed 24 hours in advance

• Service times are estimates and may vary based on vehicle condition

• We reserve the right to reschedule due to weather conditions or equipment issues

• Customer must provide accurate vehicle information for proper service planning

• 24-hour notice required: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before scheduled service

• Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) may incur a cancellation fee

• No-shows will be charged 50% of the scheduled service cost

• Weather-related cancellations by our team will not incur any fees

• Services are performed at customer's specified location

• Customer must provide safe access to the vehicle

• Adequate lighting must be available for quality work

• Customer is responsible for ensuring pets are secured during service

• Water and electricity access preferred but not always required (please discuss during booking)

• Remove all personal belongings and valuables from the vehicle before service

• Inform us of any vehicle damage or issues prior to service

• Ensure vehicle is accessible and not blocked by other vehicles

• Be available for initial inspection and final walkthrough

• Secure pets and ensure they don't interfere with the service

• Pre-existing vehicle damage, scratches, or paint defects are not our responsibility

• We will document any existing damage before beginning work

• Our liability is limited to direct damage caused by our negligence during service

• Maximum liability per incident shall not exceed the cost of the service provided

• We are not responsible for items left in the vehicle

• Results may vary based on vehicle age, condition, and paint type

• Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements are made

• We accept cash, credit cards, and digital payments

• Prices are starting estimates; final cost may vary based on vehicle condition and additional services

• Optional deposit may be required for premium or extensive services

• Additional charges may apply for heavily soiled vehicles or extra services requested on-site

• Satisfaction guarantee - We'll make it right.

• Any concerns must be reported within 24 hours of service completion

• We will return to address legitimate concerns at no additional charge

• Guarantee applies to workmanship, not normal wear or environmental factors

• Services may be postponed due to inclement weather conditions

• We require dry conditions for optimal service quality

• Temperature and humidity restrictions may apply for certain services

• No charges for weather-related rescheduling

• Customer information is kept confidential and used only for service purposes

• Photos of work may be taken for quality control and marketing purposes

• Customers may opt out of photo usage for marketing
